Good Works Tractors has built its business around finding, testing, and selling equipment that makes compact tractors more useful. These giveaways are another way for us to put good equipment in the hands of the people who actually use it.

No. Making a purchase does not improve your odds of winning.
One entry per eligible person per giveaway. But each entrant can earn multiple entries through assignments.
Contestants provide name and email to enter. Then one eligible entry is selected at random after the giveaway closes. We contact the potential winner using the information submitted with the entry.
If you purchase the featured item during the giveaway period or up to a month prior (August 01–September 30, 2026) and are selected as the winner, we will refund your qualifying purchase in lieu of sending a second item.

01. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Good Works Tractors, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
02. Giveaway Period
Each Giveaway lists its start and end times above. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
03. How to Enter
Complete and submit the entry form on this page during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is required.
Incomplete, automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. Joining a marketing list is mandatory, and is the only way to access bonus entries for the giveaway.
04. Prize
One winner will receive the prize stated above. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Good Works Tractors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and any costs not specifically included in these rules.
05. If the Winner Already Purchased the Prize
A winner who purchased the featured item from Good Works Tractors during the giveaway period may receive a refund of the qualifying product purchase instead of receiving a second item. The refund applies to one qualifying item and does not include taxes, financing charges, warranties, accessories, or other products. Purchase must be made through www.goodworkstractors.com
06. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided with the entry and must respond within seven days. Good Works Tractors may request reasonable proof of identity, age, eligibility, or purchase. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, does not respond on time, or is found ineligible, another winner may be selected.
07. Publicity and Privacy
By accepting the prize, the winner allows Good Works Tractors to publish their first name, last initial, city, state, and a photograph of the winner or awarded prize for reasonable promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway and handled according to the Good Works Tractors Privacy Policy.
08. Fair Play
Good Works Tractors may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, interferes with the giveaway, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
If technical problems, fraud, events beyond our reasonable control, or other circumstances prevent the giveaway from operating fairly, Good Works Tractors may suspend, modify, or cancel it and, when practical, select a winner from eligible entries already received.
09. Responsibility
By entering, participants agree to follow these rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final. To the extent permitted by law, Good Works Tractors is not responsible for lost or delayed entries, technical failures, shipping delays, or injuries or losses arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
