Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Good Works Tractors. Please review our instructions and criteria below if you need to return an item.

Return Window & Condition Requirements

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund.

Fees & Return Expenses

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping logistics and costs back to our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

You must contact us before shipping any items back to our warehouse so we can coordinate the appropriate return methods. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the dock.

  2. Coordination: Our team will respond with specific return authorization instructions and the correct delivery details for our facility.
  3. Shipment: Securely package your item and arrange transit back to our warehouse.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is delivered to our facility, it will undergo an inspection to verify its condition. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
