This is the larger of the two Hurricane series flail mower from American manufacturer, BEFCO. The smaller H40 series is for tractors with 16-40 horsepower and comes with a 16″ offset. You can find that for sale here.

Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/operator.
