Subsoiler for Compact Tractors by Dirt Dog

$1,049.00

-

Dirt Dog makes a 3-Point Subsoiler for compact tractors 25 to 45 horsepower that still reaches 25 inches into the ground! A subsoiler is used for cutting through hardpan that develops in uncultivated land. This hardpan prevents drainage which can cause root rot for your crop, and also prevents roots from penetrating deep to find extra nutrients.

Dirt Dog’s Compact Subsoiler uses a high-carbon, wear resistant steel shank combined with a heat-treated and replaceable plow point. Should you run into an immovable object, the subsoiler is protected by a shear pin. Some folks have found a subsoiler useful for laying wire or pipe also.

If you have a larger tractor, check out Dirt Dog’s Heavy Duty Subsoiler.

As with all Dirt Dog attachments, the Compact Subsoiler is Made in the USA, in Commerce, GA.
