What’s Covered
Our extended warranties cover defects in workmanship such as broken welds, torn steel, or improper fit. If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by improper use or use outside the product’s intended purpose voids the warranty.
Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/operator.
Often, OEM standard duty buckets are lacking—that isn’t the case for the HLA bucket, built from 3/16″ steel with a reinforced top lip (we see these top lips damaged all the time on standard duty buckets). Reinforced end plates and a reinforced back continue to add strength for what might be your most-used front-end attachment.
