What’s Covered
Our extended warranties cover defects in workmanship such as broken welds, torn steel, or improper fit. If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by improper use or use outside the product’s intended purpose voids the warranty.
Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/operator.
Wallenstein Skid Steer Powered Inverted Horizontal Log-Splitters
The WX410 and WX430 are log splitting solutions powered by your Skid Steer’s hydraulics, from Canadian manufacturer, Wallenstein. These splitters are horizontally oriented, but inverted so you can grab logs with the splitter.
Two models are available, the WX410 and the WX430. The smaller of the series has a 20 Ton split capacity with a 24″ split opening and requires 10 gpm of hydraulic flow. The larger splitter has a 25 Ton split capacity with a 36″ split opening and requires 13 gpm of hydraulic flow.
Both models are SSQA compatible.
A 2-Way Wide Wedge is included that pops the log in a short distance. A 4-Way Wedge is an option.
These are designed to split right from the seat of your Skid Steer.
All in all these are well thought out log splitters.
