Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.

Considerations
What if my holes do not line up?
Before purchasing, compare your seat’s mounting bolt pattern to the Trac Seat pattern. Although Trac Seats seats have more mounting options than any other seats this style, sometimes you may still need to drill holes for it to mount to your tractor.
If you need to, this is not a big task. Just line it up, mark it, drill and mount. Trac Seats is truly a universal seat. Â
Are Trac Seats easy to assemble?
Yes! Using a very simple 3 piece system—heavy duty steel frame, back rest and seat. Attach the seat to the heavy duty steel frame and tighten. Next attach back rest to the upper part of the heavy duty steel frame and tighten bolts. Now you are ready to attach to your tractor or utility.
How soon will my seat ship?
We ship the same or next business day depending on the time and if Fedex has picked up or not.
Will my seat look like the picture?Â
 Yes!  Trac Seats does not use stock photos. They take pictures of the actual product.
