Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/operator.
IronCraft 2510 Flex-Wing Cutter Advantages
The advantage of a Flex-Wing cutter over a regular rotary cutter is 2-fold:
- You get a wider cutting width with a narrower transport width, able to pass through 8 ft gates and travel safely down the road (because the wings fold up during transport)
- Your mower will contour to the land, which is important across a huge width of 10 ft or more
IronCraft Design
With an advanced suspension, this flex-wing is designed to cut grass, weeds, and light brush, while only requiring a minimum PTO horsepower of 25, and only requiring one hydraulic outlet to raise and lower the wings.
Designed for fairly small compact tractors with at least 25 hp at the PTO (again this is at the PTO, not engine horsepower), this Flex-Wing provides a 123 inch cut width with a 2″ diameter cut capacity.
IronCraft has developed this cutter with a true, flat-top deck so you can clean it off easier, and prevent wet material from sitting on top while unused.
Dual leveling rods make for easy deck height adjustment, with a cutting height ranging from 1.75″ all the way up to 11.5″. An improved suspension system keeps the mower planted to the ground and keeps your ride smoother, while the cutter follows the contours of your land better than ever.
Designed as a pull-type cutter, you can make tighter turns with this flex-wing than with a traditional 3-Point cutter.
Its 96.5″ transport width, makes it easy to tow down the road, a path in the woods, or pass through your fence-gate.
The cutter uses three spindles with two free-swinging blades each, which reduce the shock of impact when a stationary object is contacted. Each blade has a stump jumper for protection. Slip clutches protect the gearboxes and drivelines.
Standard equipment includes driveline shields, clutch shields, chain discharge shields and a safety chain discharge cover.
This cutter is available with 4 Laminated Tires or 4 Used Aircraft Tires.
