Our extended warranties cover defects in workmanship such as broken welds, torn steel, or improper fit. If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by improper use or use outside the product’s intended purpose voids the warranty.
Cosmetic wear such as paint loss, scratches, dents, or bent teeth, as well as normal wear to common attachment components and consumables including cutting edges, shanks, tines, skid runners, skid shoes, blades, belts, bushings, bearings, oils, grease, and similar wear items is not covered under warranty.
Shipping or transportation costs, downtime, and labor are not covered.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/operator.
Nortec Raptor Soil Processor for Tractors
Carbide-tipped teeth pulverize even hardpan soil with Nortec’s Raptor Series of Soil Processors. Your tractor’s PTO drives the spiked drum, softening soil and conditioning it for planting. Rocks, branches, roots, and debris are either flung away, cast to the side, or brought to the surface for easy collection.
You may see these attachments called Power Rakes, Harley Rakes, Soil Conditioners. They are a fantastic tool to use before seeding. If you are contending with existing sod, we recommend a Rotary Tiller as Power Rakes don’t excel at eliminating sod altogether.
You can also use a Power Rake like this to re-grade your gravel driveway, and the angling feature is especially useful if you need to crown your drive.
