What is covered
Your GWT Factory Warranty covers issues stemming from the craftsmanship of the product, like broken welds, torn steel, or improper fit. Our tools are generally designed to be used in harsh environments, so normal wear-and-tear is not covered (things like lost paint or chipped paint, scratches, dents, or bent teeth).
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, your GWT product so long as it is covered under warranty.
What isn’t covered
Any shipping necessary for repair or replacement, as well as transportation costs are not covered under the factory warranty. Lost time and down time are not covered. Replacement parts are covered, but not labor costs.
If damage occurs from improper use (a use other than what the product is marketed for), the warranty is void. Damage caused to your tractor while using a GWT product will not be covered.
Your warranty is non-transferable, meaning it exists as long as you’re the owner and operator of the product.

I added the mini-bucket to my VersaFrame which is a great attachment design. Overall, the bucket works well, but the main issue is with being able to see where you’re trying to dig. Once the bucket is below the front of the tractor, you have no vision on its position unless you lean way out from your seat. Even then, it can be nearly impossible to see exactly where the teeth of the bucket are contacting. This isn’t a design flaw of the attachment, but just the nature of working with the center of an FEL attachment hidden by the hood of the tractor itself. Build quality seems good and it does work when you can see, but don’t expect the same ease of use as a backhoe.
